Did you know play has power to release chemicals in our brains to make us happy and calm?

Child and play therapist exploring the sand tray

Play is the key to a happy and fulfilling life!

Play Therapy is a form of child psychotherapy and is an evidence based approach.  The Play Therapist is trained in how to communicate with children through creative arts and play.

Play Therapy uses the POWER OF PLAY to bring about healing and transformation.  Building a relationship with the therapist through play, is more accessible for children than through talking therapies as play is the language of children. Many children cannot talk or will not talk about their problems.

It is so easy to seek advice from friends, read a book and still wonder, how do I help my child with the one thing they are struggling with? We have found that through Play Therapy many of these issues are dealt with by providing the space to play with a qualified Play Therapist.

Since then we have helped a number of families and you can find out more here:

Our first fundraiser was a huge success. Thank you to all who took part in POP@Storehouse Christmas Tree Festival 2023 and were crucial to its success. We raised enough money to support one child with Play Therapy for our charity partnership with Aylesbury Vineyard Storehouse. Find out more by clicking the blocks below:
