To ensure we handle your enquiry efficiently, please book a 15-minute meeting with our Clinical Director, Mim Jannetta via Microsoft Teams.

This step allows us to collect all the essential information needed for an initial assessment. Following this, a qualified Play Therapist will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a pre-therapy meeting.

Important Information Before Your Discovery Chat ‼️

1. Joining the Discovery Chat
   Once you’ve booked your schedule, you will receive a link for a Microsoft Teams meeting.

   • On a computer: You may open the link directly in your web browser.

   • On a mobile device: Please download the Microsoft Teams mobile app in advance to join the meeting smoothly.

2. Alternative to Microsoft Teams: WhatsApp Meeting
   If Microsoft Teams is not a suitable or accessible option, kindly email us at info@powerofplaytherapy.co.uk

   When booking, please also provide your WhatsApp number in the “Phone Number” section of the Bookings form. This will allow us to contact you via WhatsApp at the time of your scheduled meeting.

3. If an Online Meeting is Not Feasible
   You may alternatively submit a 15-minute audio recording containing the following details:

   • Your full name and address
   • The reason you are seeking Play Therapy for your child
   • Any relevant diagnoses (e.g. ADHD, diabetes), current medication, and/or other medical conditions or allergies
   • Any family circumstances that provide helpful context (if applicable)
   • The name of the school your child attends (if applicable)
